FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do you accept my insurance? We accept most insurance. There are countless policies with varying benefits. Bring your insurance card with you to your first visit and we will do a complimentary benefits check and let you know what your benefits are in our office.

How much will it cost? The cost of your initial visit will depend on many factors including the services that are performed and the level of your insurance benefits. We can give more information about the cost after the initial consultation.

Does it hurt to be adjusted? Chiropractic adjustments do not hurt. Many patients feel immediate “relief” after being adjusted. Many state that they notice immediate improved motion of their spine. We use many different adjustment types and can customize an adjustment style that is most comfortable for you.

How long will my first visit take? The first visit, typically the longest visit, can range from 30-45 minutes in most cases.

Do I have to keep coming back? Not in our office. On your second visit will give you a detailed description of your health issues and what we recommend to help you. Many of our patients are seen on a walk-in only basis after the second visit.

Do you adjust children? Absolutely. We adjust newborns up through the elderly. Childbirth, even an natural one, is a stressful event for mother and baby. It is good to have children checked after birth to correct any spinal misalignments right away before any problems develop related to the misalignment. Children benefit from being adjusted for many complaints including: ear infections, allergies, asthma, sports related injuries, headaches, back pain, neck pain, colic.

Is it safe to adjust a pregnant woman? Not only is it safe, it is very beneficial to have the mother’s spine in optimal condition for the pregnancy and upcoming delivery. Pregnancy puts stress on the spine, especially the low back.
